Michel Robert, VP Business Development – has spent more than four decades working within the telecommunication Industry. Michel spent many years in the field building towers and installing microwave networks in many remote locations across Canada , the Caribbean and the USA. Michel has successfully developed project management teams and field operation divisions for telecom service companies and functioned for 15 years as Managing Director of Canadian Field Operations for a Canadian tower manufacturer. Michel provides Nabatech a highly skilled and unique value based on his vast field and corporate experience.

Octavius Wojciechowski, VP Finance – A civil engineering graduate from Conestoga College, Octavius has over two decades of experience in the Wireless Industry. Octavius’ project management ability, his desire for sales and the recognition of his strong financial aptitude earned him the responsibility of developing satellite branch offices to serve the wireless industry in Western Canada. He has held a variety of leadership positions, including Director of Operations and brings strong detail orientation to Nabatech daily operations.

 Victor Berzins, VP Field Operations – Victor has dedicated his career working within the Canadian Telecom Industry. Victor has more than 3 decades of experience installing and servicing antenna systems, modifying and installing towers and developing wireless networks across Canada and in the Caribbean. Victor spent many years climbing and working on towers and developed his skills and knowledge for safety and maintaining the safe and efficient operation of field crews. Victor is a certified Fall Arrest and High Angle Rescue safety trainer. He is fully knowledgeable of the Occupational Health and safety requirements for our field operations to be second to none in this category. Victor provides Nabatech and its customer’s assurance that our field crews operate safely and successfully.
